Breakthrough is a faith-based outreach organization in the underserved East Garfield Park neighborhood of Chicago. Their diverse programs include adult services, youth development and community resources, all of which needed to be featured in the Annual Report. The solution was to create a simple color-coding system for each focus area and highlight the specific programs on spreads within. The organization’s engaging photography became the focal point, inviting viewers into the text, which highlights stories of individuals whose lives have been changed.
