For Willow Creek’s kids’ ministry summer curriculum, the church sought to build from the excitement of the 2016 Summer Games. The identity plays off of the common image of a flame, indicative of both the torch and the Holy Spirit. The children were divided into teams and to avoid any potential biases with actual nations, a set of fictional countries was created with corresponding maps and flags.
